Virtually Speaking Podcast: Traditional Licensing VS SaaS
The transition this month of Windows Server 2016 from "mainstream" to "extended" support made me curious about traditional software licensing and how it differs from the software-as-a-service business model. VMware CEO Raghu Raghuram emphasized the same priority to become the multi-cloud platform provider of choice by accelerating the transformation to a subscription and SaaS business model.
On this episode of the Virtually Speaking Podcast, we welcome Glenn Sizemore to look at the enterprise software business model and the benefits of SaaS.
